patrick flanagan is a native of the redlands area, and his family has lived in the inland empire for over 40 years. a graduate of california polytechnic university, pomona, patrick earned his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on geospacial engineering. patrick joined thatcher engineering and associates in 2008. since his arrival, he has enhanced our engineering operations with his aptitude in land surveying concepts and, in 2016, patrick obtained his professional engineer's certificate. in his free time, patrick enjoys playing the guitar, going to the beach, and dabbles in home micro brewing.

kayla jordan graduated form california state university, san bernardino in 2012. she joined thatcher engineering while she was still a student and was brought in on a full-time basis after graduation. she works hand in hand with clients and agencies as the office's project coordinator and takes pride in her skills for organizing projects and reaching project goals. in her spare time kayla can be found tending to her flower and vegetable gardens, and spending time with family and friends.

vicky valenzuela, a graduate of the university of california at riverside, joined tea in 1996. her eighteen years of service and acute attention to detail provide the foundation for our land planning / land use entitlement division. she is directly responsible for all development feasibility studies, the preparation and filing of all land use entitlement applications and serves as a liason between the project team and local, state and federal agencies. her ability to understand a specific agency's processes and then dovetail that to the project proponent's needs has been key to our success in shepherding projects through the review process in a timely manner. in her free time, vicky enjoys hiking and planning her next travel adventure.

kristin tissot, a graduate of california state polytechnic university, pomona joined thatcher engineering and associates full-time in 2006. kristin brings experience from working with landscape architecture firms in orange county and palm desert. kristin's special talent for combining the artistic design aspects of landscape architecture wth a complete understanding of grading and drainage design provides special opportunities to integrate these two, often opposing , goals along with including design solutions to today's water quality needs which often drive the design of a project from the very beginning. outside of the office, she enjoys camping with her husband and daughter and spending time in her personally designed backyard oasis.

bud is a native of california and has lived in the greater los angeles basin and inland empire area his entire life. in 1976 while attending college at california state university, fullerton, he worked as a draftsman and chainman for a civil engineering firm in san bernardino. after graduating from csu fullerton with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, bud was promoted to project engineer and in 1983 obtained his professional engineer's certificate. in 1986, bud moved to a land planning firm in rancho cucamonga and held the position of director of engineering. in 1989, bud saw the need for an integrated approach toward land development that married the three separate professions of civil engineering, land planning and landscape architecture. bud has made a career of fulfilling that goal. in his spare time bud enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, granddaughter and son-in law, nice dinners with friends, world travel and restoring and collecting vintage cars.
